Also, located at a private gym in downtown Calgary if that is better for you.

You can expect a detail workout program and a sense of improvement every week with our check-ins (via zoom). We look at the positives and negatives of the week and establish new goals for the week ahead.

My name is Eric Frey. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach from Calgary, AB. Fitness has been a huge part of my life. I've played soccer at the collegiate level (University of New Brunswick) and I've had extensive international travel participating in professional camps/tryouts. I've been fortunate to learn professionalism and self-discipline at a young age from those experiences and former coaches.
After my serious injury in 2017, I took a step back from soccer and focused on my overall health. Leaving soccer was the most challenging decision I've made. At the time, my mental health was not in a good place - I lost my sense of direction and purpose. Working out has changed my life. Learning about the body and implementing ways of getting stronger, faster, healthier regained my drive, my confidence, my overall happiness in my daily life. My injury was a blessing in disguise because I found coaching and this new pure desire to help others through fitness. Nothing is more rewarding than my clients accomplishing their goals while enjoying the process.
I became a Certified Personal Trainer in early 2020 and received a diploma with distinction from Elevated Learning Academy. I have a background in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick. I've taken multiple fitness courses to grow my knowledge and continue to take courses to provide my clients the highest quality. For the first few years of my career I've trained clients in person. I've worked with a variety of clients - young athletes, older population, general population, special population. My areas of expertise are rehabilitation, sports performance, and body transformation training.
